Studio 61 Art has three ways for Collectors to order art. These are by using the internet shop, at exhibitions and by arranging a private viewing.
Internet shop at the Studio 61 Art Website
The Collector uses the internet shop functionality to order artwork that is shown as available for sale on the website www.studio61art.co.uk . The Artworks for sale can be found by clicking the ‘Art for Sale’ link at the bottom left of the Homepage. The Collector completes payment, contact and delivery details. The order is confirmed and the Collector is contacted to arrange delivery.
Payment is made prior to delivery by completing the payment details during the internet shopping process.
The Collector can use the form on the ‘Contact Us’ page or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to express an interest in a particular work or works and someone from Studio 61 Art will get in touch to discuss the sales process.
Delivery will be made after cleared funds have reached Studio 61 Art Ltd.
The collector completes an ‘Artwork Sales Agreement’, which creates a commitment to purchase at the exhibition. The collector will then be contacted by Studio 61 Art to arrange for payment and delivery. Studio 61 Art will deliver the art using the services of an experienced art delivery service, which will normally be Aardvark Art Services, once payment has been made. There is no charge for storage, insurance and delivery once an ‘Artwork Sales Agreement’ has been completed.
All art shown for sale on the website is available for a private viewing anywhere on mainland UK subject to prior arrangement. A Collector should contact Studio 61 Art Ltd using the form on the ‘Contact Us’ page or e-mail email@example.com to express an interest in a particular work or works and someone from Studio 61 Art will get in touch to discuss arrangements for a private viewing and the sales process.
The Artwork will remain in the custody of Studio 61 Art Ltd and will remain attended by a representative of Studio 61 Art Ltd at all times unless separate arrangements are made. The charge for a private viewing anywhere on mainland UK is £450. This fee must be paid before a private viewing is undertaken.
If the Collector wants to take custody of the Artwork this can be arranged and Studio 61 Art Ltd will request a deposit of not less than 50% of the listed price of the Artwork before allowing custody of an Artwork to a Collector. Whilst in the custody of the Collector the Artwork will not be covered by the insurance arranged by Studio 61 Art Ltd or its nominated delivery agent.
If the Artwork is purchased as a result of a private viewing the fee for the private viewing will be credited to the price of the Artwork purchased.
Sales or potential sales enquiries can be made to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the form on the Contact Us page.
